Brand new XR30 g4 pro not working

I just set up a new Radion XR30 g4 pro and it is blinking red/ green. It will hold the program for about a minute then shut the light off and it starts blinking. I have no idea how to fix this ?

Have you contacted Ecotech Marine? You may have a faulty light if it shuts off when it's cool.

Skip the email link they have on their website.
You spent too much $ to not have it work right out of the box.

So I called echo tech, they remoted into the light and re installed the firmware. It worked after then I went into EcoSmart live and installed a custom schedule I want. Once I did that the light **** off with the buttons blinking red / teal blue. I called EcoTech back and they went back into the light at which point was not responding at all and they shipped my out a new one that will be here 2moro

Sorry to hear you had a problem. I love my gen 4's
Glad ETM was able to figure out only a complete replacement would do, and do overnight shipping.

Customer service was great! I’m lucky enough to live 3 hours away from there location which is why I’m getting it 2moro

I have 3 30 g4 pros, two months old and one of them is going off randomly. The website says its fine but the app actually has more detailed information about the light and shows that it has a error. "Led Channel Open Circuit" Just passing this along for those that cant see anything wrong in ecosmartlive website.

Still waiting for call back from support on my issue.

One of mine is doing the same and it is a brand new light. Has been running for maybe 3 weeks on my tank so I'm very doubtful it is corrosion or a blown LED.

Why do you think it's not a blown LED?
