so made the decision to go from my DB80 to a 180. Found a guy getting out of the hobby, and got a good deal on a bunch of stuff.

Also, finally dropped the ball and got a decent RODI system! Nice to finally be able to make my own water instead of driving 45 minutes into town to get top off water ‍♂️

Thinking of going with this over the Mag 12 that I have laying around that’s brand new. Anyone have experience with the jaebo pumps?

Just a little update, got started on filling it today, have about 50% filled and mixing the rest of the water tonight. Running a couple powerheads to keep water moving.

Well I got the sump plumbed in. SRO2000 skimmer, Jaebo DCP-10000 return pump, and a Waveline WavePuck II WHICH FOR $119, I love it.

Wondering if it would be noticeably beneficial to add a nano powerhead in my sump to keep things stirred up?

So far the tank transfer had been successful with only the death of 1 chromis. Got my rock scape I think where I’m pleased.

Sump isn’t show quality, but I’ve always been the type where as long as it’s doing it’s job efficiently, it’s hidden and out of sight.

Is there anybody keeping up with this thread? If so, what are you guys using to take quality iPhone pictures of your tanks? I know there are a bunch of clip on gel filters but are they all equally as good as another?

Fresh out of QT. Hopefully he’s a better citizen than the melanarus that I recently evicted for eating my CUC!

Is anyone out there using a DIY mount for hydra 26s? Here’s a picture of an indo golden hammer I scored for $20 [emoji7]

Picked up a nice frag of some bow tie blasters this afternoon! Is anyone following here? Kinda feel like I’m just talking to myself [emoji24]

Finally picked up a Walt Disney frag last week from a local reefer for a killer price!

And by far best decision I’ve made was switching from RSCP to TMPR salt about 2 months ago. Coral looks better than ever

Other than adding a bunch of coral, only new thing is I’ve ordered 2 more Hydra 26HD to add to the 3 currently running.

That looks beautiful! Nice scape.

I can't really answer your sump questions. Don't use one.

How is the wrasse? It looked great!

How can I add a video to thread?
