Breaking down tank forbgrad school, how much tobsell for?

So I'm looking to break down my tank which I have had since 2018, with lots of ups and downs and crashes lol. No issues except except little rust on the door springs I am looking to see a reasonable price to sell my equipment. I'm not trying to "make" money but just get a fair price and someone else can enjoy the hobby. I have a redsea max e 260

Mixed clean up crew

And two bullet hole clowns that lay eggs weekly
I have 3 montiporas
1 rainbow bubbletip anemone from wwc
Mix of zoas
And 2 leathers
What would be a fair asking price? Like I said I'm not trying to restore all my money just something fair and will give someone else fun
