Breeding female clownfish acting strange!

So I checked my clowns today that I’ve had isolated in their own tank for two months for breeding. They’ve made their nest and court and all of a sudden today my female has some patches on her head. Right before I fed them she was scratching it on the rock. I’ve had them for 3 years and Im aware I have ick but I don’t see any external parasites and the male isn’t acting odd at all. I’ve read some do this to claim territory but I’m not sure. And it’s only on the top of her head not near her gillplates

That doesn't appear to be parasitic.

Any corals that could have stung? Or could have been a scuffle?

She is rubbing her face on the rocks. There’s no coral in the breeding tank just rocks and some clay tiles
