Bright green algae,

Getting back to the hobby and it’s been 5 years since I last set up an new tank. This new built 2month old, never seen this type of algae. During cycling years back it’s always brown algae.

Nitrate. 8.0
Phosphate 0.02

Looks like cyano. Try sucking it off with a syringe or turkey baster. If it comes right off its cyano.
