Bright orange red algae hair like ID

Okay, this is going to be hard to see as it just popped up. I’m battling some GHA with water changes and reduced lighting schedules. It’s been working fine but I just saw this orange algae pop up. Anybody have any idea what this may be?

Pretty sure thats a tiny feather duster.

poke it or blow water at it and see if it retracts into a tube/hole

My first instinct was feather duster but I am only 11 months in. I figure it’s better to ask right away than have a huge outbreak to fight. I’ll use syringe when feeding later and blow some water at it. Thanks for the tip.
