I sure this is something I can do here? I want to share what great customer service that has been suppliws by Jack Kent CEO, not expecting the CEO be the one that calls, bit he did today. I had sent an email about some questions about one of his products. He amswered the question quickly via email. Plus provided some comparison with a couple products i am currently using. So I was planning on getting it soon. Then I saw a video that recommended it but not the usage i was thinking about. Resubmitted another support question, again answered quickly. Well then today out of the Blue he called me. He explained that they have been crazy busy, and with everyone working remotely things missed. At lrast thats what he had thought with me. He was great took time ro rest my conserns, answered a few more product questions. This is prime example of great customer service, and a product line that is now my number one
