Yes, Start off with just about half of the recommended dose (volume) to make sure your corals don't bleach out, from lowering your nutrients too fast. Just keep testing your phosphates and nitrates to make sure they do not bottom out. The recommended dose is 100ml of Purit for every 25 gallons (95 liters) of water that your reef holds. Might want to start off with 50ml to 60mls per every 25 gallons (95 liters) to see how your corals react.
