Brightwell Clean v. Razor

I feel like a blockhead.... I have read the info provided by Brightwell and can't really differentiate clean v razor. Brightwell states they work synergistically well. I get that clean is a heterotrophic bacterial blend...but what is Razor? Appreciate anyone who can dumb it down for me!

Cleans a bacteria, razor is some type of polymer resin. I think it must be absorbing nutrients that lead to algae production and possibly acting as a herbicide as well.

Did you end up using either of the two? I just ordered Clean and I'm thinking about trying Razor in conjunction.
