Brightwell microbacter 7 and Biofuel

my acans and some lps are not doing good. Some suggests that maybe my nutrients are too high. They’re average around 8-13 on nitrate and .10-.15 on phosphate.

Both Microbacter 7 and Bio fuel advertise to reduce N and P, can I use both at the same time or just pick one?

That's not really that high (mine are 20-25ppm nitrates and 0.1-0.15ppm phosphates). I would check your other water parameters like alkalinity, calcium and magnesium as well as look at your flow and lighting.
