For the last 3 weeks I've been dosing microbactor7 and rocks have way less junk on them. Anyone else using this product and what do you think? Any negatives?

Yep Charlie has me using it also seems to help from what I can tell. I had red slime outbreak going on it cleared it up and helped with other nastiness

Hi, I also agree its helpful, however there is one small caveat: it does speed up the biological process which entails an increase in co2 production. Co2 production when coupled with either poor flow Or/and aquatic life breathing out co2 can cause low ph issues. And when you multiply all these factors into a true nano setup like say 14 gallons or under it can be hard to fix. I recently discovered this firsthand.
Randy Holmes wrote a great article about co2 and ph.

Watch those bacteria products. Some are fantastically helpful, but be careful not to overdose or dose two similar ones at the same time!! You can create a deadly oxygen drop if you do that.

How long do you need to wait before changing brands...like from Red Sea to Special Blend (Sulfer)

If they say dose weekly, you could wait a week, but after what I went through I'd give it two weeks to be safe. That way, you most likely won't get bacterial blooms from two products at the same time, which is where it gets dangerous.
