Brightwell quick cycle water change at end question

Is there a reason other than lowering nitrates to do the 25% water change at the end of the brightwell dry rock cycle kit?

the reason I ask is because I want to add chaeto in pretty soon after the cycle anyway so I don’t really see a purpose of doing the water change. I also have neophos if I need to raise phosphates.
