Have a few of these guys in my reef. I've seen lots of pics on the web and I'm not sure I believe everything I read on line. Lol, any help from you folks is appreciated.

Bristle worms for sure .... dont touch them they will cause irritation but there like the sea gulls of your tank .... do you really want them? NO .... but there there and cant do anything about it :P They are good detritus and scavengers that will keep your tank clean. I wouldnt worry about them until they bocome a plague of epic proportion.... but that usually just means you feed too much and have too much excess nutrience in your tank

Cheers

Lol. Me too. Im pretty sure it is a bristleworm also. I removed one from my tank that was close to 3". Only one I saw so far. I have some peanut butter worms I think. Cant get a picture or catch any though.

I have a bunch of bristleworms in my 10 gallon nano. They are excellent for eating detritus and any other food that hits the bottom of the tank. I would remove mine. I like them.

Yeah I thought it was a bristle worm. I have several and have noticed a couple new baby ones. I also have 1 peanut worm. He only seems to pick at the rock his hole is in.

They are good cleaners, I just don't want hundreds of them in my tank. Have one that is at least 6" long when he's all stretched out. Any idea how they reproduce? I've seen some baby ones.

Lol, I just thought you were being a..... JOKER.
