Bristle or fire

I have an absurd amount of these, wondering if I should setup a trap or let them be

I think they are just some big fat bristle worms. You must be feeding them really well. They definitely don’t look like the fire worm Hermudice carunculata. I am definitely no worm expert there may be some other bristle worm that is horrible and eats a ton of coral but I think you just have regular bristle worms. I have some too
 
The easiest way to identify a bearded fireworm (Hermodice carunculata) is by looking to see if it has a noticeable caruncle on its head. If it doesn't have one like in this picture then it isn't anything to worry about. I don't see a caruncle in the picture you posted so I am pretty confident that it is a Eurythoe complanata. Which if you google Eurythoe complanata you will see it called a fireworm, but it is not the "dreaded" bearded fireworm.
