Bristle or fire?

Fire worms are a variety of bristle worm but that's mostly besides the point.
You appear to have a pretty large "common" bristle worm. Remember to keep their populations in check when they become too numerous but otherwise, keep them around as helpful detritivores.
 
I think the camera really doesn’t pick up the red and orange like regular white light does. I also have the blues on so that washes it out too.

Does the worm have a distinct red feathery looking thing (caruncle) on its head. If so it's a bearded fireworm, if not then just a big bristleworm
 
Bristle worm. Best way to control their populations is with an arrow crab or coral banded shrimp. I have a CSB, and I don’t know that I’ve ever seen one in my tank, though both of these come with their own issues.
