pretty sure this is a bristle Star right? Found him when I was dipping a new coral. Should I toss him in the tank?

either or but DT is a better option. You get to see an arm sticking g out from time to time.

If you have a wrasse, especially a melanurus, make sure that guy has time to hide!

That one is a Leopard Brittle Star! VERY Nice
