Get a corse spunge put some pieces of shrimp in it let it set on the bottom watch it fill up with worms. Take it out and nuke um.

I had one of those black spunges that go on a power head . When I feed my fish the power head pulled the food in to the spunge . Boy you could see them good coming out of the spunge for a bite to eat.
