I bought a couple flasher wrasses which arrived Tuesday, a blue and a Carpenter’s as well as an exquisite fairy wrasse. I acclimated and put them in the display. Wednesday night, I could tell the Carpenter’s and exquisite weren’t doing well. The blue was swimming around some, but largely hanging in one part of the tank. I made the decision to move them to an in-tank refugium/ acclimation box where I could keep an eye on them and recover them in case they passed. (They were from Live Aquaria, and you have to get a pic of the dead fish for credit.). The exquisite was dead yeaterday (Thursday) morning, and the Carpenter’s looked like he was going the same direction last night. I went to check on them this morning, and could not locate either flasher in the acclimation box. There was just a couple of small pieces of live rock and a little red graciliara algae in there. I did find this monster, that looks to be about 9” long. Do you think he could have consumed 2 3” fish overnight?

I have hundreds in my tank...They will only consume a dead fish. and yes him and his brothers could consume them easily overnight with the help of all your CUC
