Bristle worm? Good one or bad one?

Found this in middle of sand bed out in open with lights low but not off. Is this a bristle worm, about 2-3 inches long. A good one or a bad one?

Awesome cuc member. Most people don't like them in their display, so many put them in their sump or fuge

Lol, it's a good one. But I usually pull them once they are that big if I can.
The small ones are great!
We have them all over the tank.
But I don't like something big enough to possibly go after my tiny sleeping fish.
