Bristle worm or bobbit worm

Hey all, I wish I had a pic for you but it happened so quick. I fed my tank on my break as it is on my work desk. I fed mysis and saw sand moving. Then a piece of shrimp fell on the sand then disappeared with some more sand moving. It felt like I was in the movie tremors. The creature was not large as not a more than half a square inch of sand moved but quite perplexing. Here’s the tank it is a ten

going to be real hard to ID without a picture.. Did you see the worm, or just witnessed something eating?

Unfortunately just saw the sand move towards it, shrimp go missing then sand moving again. All happened in like 3 seconds. Just wondering if I need to scour the sand bed

I wouldn't do anything drastic until you know what you're dealing with

Thanks, I may set up a trap with a water bottle and mysis and see what happens

this wouldn't hurt. i also don't believe either worm would eat so quickly that it disappears in seconds.
