Bristle Worm or Fire Worm?

checked around and cant really tell for sure, what do you guys think? if its a fire worm what would be the best way to get it out? (tried to use turkey baster but he just pulled back into his hole)

(ignore the algae, I'm working on getting rid of it )

You may be able to get at him easier with a pair of tweezers

I think I will also, the tank is still pretty new and a bit of diversity can't hurt anything.
