Bristle worm or fire worm?

I fed my Corals with Reef Chile from BRS. I mixed the amount per instructions and poured it straight into my tank vs spot feeding.

15 seconds later I noticed 6 bristle worms
(some 3” long) came out of 1 rock in my tank and out of abundance of caution I removed and flushed them.

On further research (afterwards) I am reading that some BW are “safe” to have in a reef tank.

Can anyone confirm if these BW are in the “Safe” category please? Or should I immediately try to bate/catch these and remove them from my tank?

Odd part to me is my tank is over 8 years old, I dip any new corals in seachem reef dip and this was the first time I ever saw these in my tank. No idea where they came from?
