Bristleworm.
While many regard this a member of clean up crew as they eat uneaten food and detritus, they can get large and increase in numbers. I dont desire them in my tanks and its up to given person to keep or discard.
 
Thank you all. Yes I have a few of them nothing larger than pictured. I will keep an eye on them for now
