It's still fine. The fire worm you have to "worry" about is the H. carunculata, as they eat coral. None of these are an H. carunculata.
Bristle worm? Or something worse?

The way I understand it, as long as they are smaller, they are good. That one was almost 8 inches and was knocking stuff over and I am almost certain it ate my Coris Wrasse.

It could have eaten your dying/weakened wrasse, but it didn't catch, hold onto and consume a healthy fish.
