I pull those big guys. I get hit too much. The little ones I do not mind. First it looked like bristle worm, then close up more like a fire worm. Do not under any circumstances get hit by a fire worm. I have been, not a fun few weeks.

Still probably a good bristle worm, not fireworm.

Their population and size solely depends on available food in the system .

Agreed. Looks more like a fire worm to me

Those defined red dots with each bristle bunch reminds me of fire worm too. Just remove carefully.
