Bristle worm?

Is this a bristle worm? If so what so I do now?

Yup. Leave him alone, he's a good thing for a tank. They will be numbered, all depending on your excess nutrients in the tank.
 
People think they are bad because they find them snacking on one of their fish. In reality the fish died of other reasons and the bristleworm is just cleaning the tank for you. They are great foragers. Beware if you touch those bristles they sting like a ****

We held a meeting concerning the pros/cons of bristle worms in the home reef micro environment. After much debate we took a vote and it was a unanimous "Ewww". And just like that policy was born. Unfortunately all efforts to evict them have proven futile but efforts are ongoing.

Bristleworms aren't bad at all, as they will help keep the tank clean of detritus. If you want to keep its population in check, a nice dottyback such as orchid (fridmani) or springer's would be a nice addition to your tank.
 
Fireworms look very similar to them but get much bigger and i've heard they can be pretty detrimental to your reef tank. This is just a bristleworm though,
