Bristle worm!

Spotted a small bristle worm today in my nano...orange and black ....should I ignore it or try and remove?

Assuming it is in fact a common bristle worm and not something else just leave it be.

Ok thanks...it's very small..I'll try and get a pic..but from the pics I've Google searched it sure looks like it

I find 6 or 8 of those bad boys every time I turn over a rock. They're harmless.
