Bristle worms good or bad

Hello fellow reefers,

Had my Fluval evo 13.5 running now for 3 months and seeing a lot more bristle worms emerging from my live rock. Tonight saw one approx. 5 inch long. What is the general consensus regarding bristle worms, are they good or bad? Especially in a small tank like mine is, also the bigger they get do they become a threat to fish, inverts and corals?
Do I keep them or start to remove them?

They are good ..but can get big or a lot of ...then it's sometimes needed too control them
