Bristle worms I think? Please ID!

I'm pretty sure these are bristle worms but I would appreciate a more experienced eye to take a look. 2nd part, should I start setting traps or let them be? I've read that some are good in low quantities.

Yes, bristleworms. Some people hate them, I have no idea why. If a fish poops, they eat it. If some food falls on the sandbed and the fish don't notice it, they eat it. If something dies in the tank, they eat it. I love them. Best CUC ever. I have huge quantities of them, and want more.
 
I will leave them alone and keep an eye out for any red ones.

No red ones since last post. Added a diamond watchman goby recently and the sandbed has never been cleaner with the combination???
