I have a ton of them in my tank they seem not to hurt anything and with my OG coral brand shrimp passing I don't want them to get out of hand any more. should I be worried or just pick up another shrimp's. I plan to get another one always.

You can reduce by using a bristle worm trap, search in here or google. It’s never a bad idea to reduce these friendly worms.

While they are deemed beneficial, not welcome in any of my tanks
An arrow crab will have a field day with these worms
