There are a number of tangs that are yellow as juveniles, including at least four Ctenochaetus/bristletooths.
With Hawaii shut down, it isn't C. strigosus. If it came from E. Africa/Indian Ocean it is probably C. truncatus. If it came from Indo/Philippines, it is probably C. cyanocheilus.
As a side note, the fast open mouthed breathing it is showing is a bit worrisome - maybe it was scared because of you filming it, but watch that closely if it is a new fish.
