I recently have been finding a bunch of these under frag plugs on the sand as I've been moving things around. Are these bristleworms? Are they good? Is this some other similar bad worm? I'm starting a new tank and was wondering if this is something I should bring over or leave behind.

Bristle worm, you can take it or leave it. There's no real way to prevent them. You'll get them in/on rock or frags. They are a good part of CUC.

Dip your corals in bayer and quarantine them. I've never had a bristleworm make it through (knock on wood).

Yep - Bristleworm. A food delight for Arrow crabs who hunt and eat them

Don’t touch them with bare skin especially as they get bigger. They will leave a sting behind.
