I am looking for a fish, (inverts aren't possible in my tank) that will actively prey on bristleworms. Thanks for any help.

I used to have a ton of bristleworms that would come out everytime I fed the tank. Since getting my Melanurus wrasse I can still find them if I move anything in the tank but I no longer have any visible.
I have never seen him eat any of them but he does at least seem to keep them in hiding.

Is this a reef tank? If not a lunar wrasse will flip over anything and everything looking for them and even devour big ones. But i would only keep these in a big predator tank.

It's a 500 gallon softie predator tank

Woah. Options unlimited. Trigger puffers and wrasses all good choices here. Just make sure big rocks are superglued cause they will turn over everything in search of food. My lunar would tail whip pretty good size rocks in search of anything underneath including big bristles
