Bristleworm problem help

This morning I woke up and my tank was not doing good I’ve decided to just take it down. It is infested with bristle worms and I’m not sure how I should go about taking it down. Ive already gotten stung , if I remove the water can they survive outside of it ? what should I do ?

Why not just put food in panty hose, leave it over night, and pull them out?

I was already going to take down this tank as I have other ones running . Thank you though! Do you know how I should go about taking it down?

Just use gloves and take it down as normal. They can live for a bit without water.

You can use a cup to scoop the sand out after draining the tank
