Looks like your standard bristle worm. Part of a good clean up crew. Can be a nuisance if they get too numerous.Hello,
Does anyone know which bristle worm this is if it’s a good one or one of the bad ones?

Like someone said just a standard bristle worm. If you want to get rid of it arrow crabs worked the best for me.

I don't know what a " good bristle worm" is vs. a " bad bristle worm".
They are bristle worms.
If you mean bad, as in fire worms, then they are generally not good for your system.
