Bristleworm?

Is this a bristleworm and is it bad? I have had this tank since the first of May and I just saw 4 of those things in my tank!!!

Hard to really tell from picture. They're considered beneficial as they're detritivores.
Just make sure its not this:

Yeah, that looks like a typical bristle worm. The color throwing me off a little bit, mine are mostly red and black

That looks like one of the large fat growing species. The beneficial ones that I have don't get that big. I would trap em and get em out.
