That looks like a fireworm to me

That was my impression too, but I don't think its fat/wide enough...I had a similar type of bristle worms in my macro tank for about a year (terrible pics below), but that tank never had any fish(so no one really take my word on it lol): Just Macros, dwarf ceriths, sponges, pods, and all the worms (spaghetti, 2 or 3 different bristles, feather dusters, dorvilleidae, etc).

I would totally keep a fireworm in a species only tank. His name would be Ragnar.

I thought the same. Couldn't find any pics that matched this one perfectly. I've been having a hard time getting a positive id. Since they don't bother anything in my tank, I don't bother them. Just caught that one to get an id which failed in the thread I started last week. I can pull at least 2 out per night with tweezers. There's quite a few in my tank to be honest. I'm watching one right now;Nailbiting
