Bearded Fire Worm. It's a type of bristle worm. Eats coral. I would remove it.

Ahh crap. How do I remove them? I removed a rock from my tank and noticed them under the rock. I assume there are more in the tank.

Carefully.
Wrasses will not touch these but arrow crabs will otherwise make yourself a simple trap with a soda bottle and bait with a piece of shrimp as pictured below

It also looks more like a normal bristleworm to me. Do you have a picture of it in water, especially of the head of the worm. The easiest way to positively ID a bearded fireworm is by the caruncle on its head.
