Bristol worm or fire worm?

I was looking at my tank with the lights off and saw a little red worm in my sand bed. It kind of shined in the light, and was completely red. I took a video of it but it came out pretty bad. I’d appreciate it if anyone could help me identify this guy or give me tips to remove it!

Honestly, looks like a fireworm to me. Fat and reddish body.

It looks like the fireworm. I tried to grab it with tweezers but it was too fast is there any other way to get rid of it?

Make a bristleworm trap. It's easy. Plenty of plans on here and online.

Believe they are 2 names for same thing

Both are related but they are not the same. Fireworms eat coral bristleworms do not.
