Are these little arms from starfish or something worse?

I’d guess brittle, you can almost see a portion of its body in the first picture

Great, I have an irrational fear of bobbit worms and when I saw those arms i thought they might have been bobbit antennae.

Found one of those in my Chaeto today! Its red and white- is this safe for my refugium or should I take it out? I think it came on a ball of chaeto that I threw out when I discovered it had aptasia. Got the aptasia under control with an army of peppermint shrimp but now this weird brittle star is here. Not sure what to do with it.
