thank you for the reply guys i Bristleworms and it seems big. mine is very tiny and its not growing bigger.. should i add a shrimp to get rid of this? my tank is almost empty now. i only have couple of snails and a hermit. my clown pair died after that i cleaned the water then i didnt add any more fish.

I'll try to get a clear pic later on..
