This is a really stupid problem i did not need right now, My eshoppe s-120 4th gen protein skimmer’s collection cup cracked when trying to remove from the body. I need a replacement ASAP. Does anyone know where I could buy a replacement???

can you epoxy over it to seal the crack. I did this on a hvlp cup I dropped and broke. Jb water welded the broken cup back together and it works just fine...maybe you can do something similar on your cup

Same here. Nothing more than a cup. the body, etc is a whole different story

it depends,sometimes ,they charge,sometimes they don't best if you call and talk to someone in parts and repair

Every company is different, but IME there usually is a charge. Hope for the best, but also know that some companies are proud of their parts. Good luck!

I am confused. So if you did contact them asking for a new replacement cup, did you not asking them about the cost? Even if it does cost something, it is better than buying a new skimmer. It should cost something as otherwise they would lose money if they just send free cup to everyone who breaks their cup.
