Hi All-

I have a HMS Single Arm mount with a broken tightening bolt (I'm not sure what the most proper term is), rendering the mount useless.

I've found replacement brackets for these mounts online, but I haven't found the part that I'm looking for. The AI support team was not overly helpful.

Does anyone know if I should be able to find this replacement part somewhere online, or should I try to find an out of service mount or some DIY solution?

Thanks in advance!

Try contacting the manufacturer. https://www.coralvue.com/contact/ If that does not work remove the broken piece and take it to a good hardware store. Good luck. If you have both pieces you may be able to bond them together. Straight glue won't work usually.

If some can give you the thread and dimeter information try to find it here: https://www.mcmaster.com/bolts

Thanks for the thoughtful reply, Doc!

This was actually a AI Hydra HMS mount. I submitted a ticket with them, hopefully I hear something helpful back.

I found a nut at the local hardware store that fits but it's metal, going to continue to look for a plastic replacement!
