Broken Trident Manifold

Hi everyone I was having issues with no water sample on my trident. While trying to unplug the manifold the pin broke off. I looked online and couldn't find the part. Has anyone ordered this before or 3d printed one?

I would put a ticket in with Neptune support. I'm sure they can hook you up with the right part.

Post a photo. If you haven’t taken a trident apart then you don’t probably have any clue what they look like inside.

photo would help. I am not sure what you mean by manifold and which pin broke.

I assume he is talking about the black piece inside where the 6 tubes connect but not sure why he would be pulling tubes off that. If the pin on that piece did break then only way to fix is a new one from Neptune IMO. Or any of the other pieces with tubing pins for that matter. They are tiny and not something I think could be easily 3D printed.

Just to close this. 2 options were provided.

I can order the home maintenance repair kit and they would add in manifold.

The 2nd option which was what I did was the advanced exchange program. I sent them my old machine with the broken manifold. They send me a new one.
Normally I would be a DIY however since my unit wasn't working (presumably plugged) I didn't want to risk ordering parts and still having issues.

The support was great all the way along.
