Broken upon arrival, BRS RO/DI

Hey everyone, not sure where to put this so forgive me if it's in the incorrect place.

Anyway, I received a new 6 stage + RO/DI from BRS in the mail this morning. Upon opening the boxes I immediately noticed broken plastic in some of the wrapping of the DI canister setup. I am not sure if this part is replaceable, but I cant seem to find it anywhere online. I'm looking for any help to get this resolved. Has anyone ever contacted BRS after a shipping problem and had it rectified? Obviously its Saturday and they are not open, not sure if its even worth calling on Monday to try and fix the situation. Attached are some pictures of the damage to the input , seems like they were a little rough when shipping (UPS) any help is appreciated. Thank you everyone!

that part is replaceable. It will be at home depot in the plumbing section. It is a 90 degree merlock fitting. They cost 3$. Same thing happened to mine.

Yea brs will refund you the 3$ ..... but i mean... who cares... also %$#^&& ups.
