Broken vertex libra dosing containers

i have the 2.5L vertex libra dosing containers and the large tubing that brings the calcium from the container to dosing pump broke. Has anyone repaired these? These things are garbage.

Don't buy vertex product. I have emailed them multiple times for different issues other that libra dosing containers issues. Vertex never responds to emails.

I feel your pain. Although I feel Vertex does typically make reliable products... I had this happen on 2 out of three dosing containers. Looked exactly the same and this happened from the first time opening the container top. I ended up drilling out the broken off piece and using pvc cement to put it back in. I could have called BRS to help out but needed the containers asap so I had to improvise. I know this is an old post but I was curious if this happened to anyone else.
