Brook on new clowns ? Advice appreciated

A combination of dips at 167 ppm and static baths at 25 ppm works well. The math can be a bit tricky though. If you know the EXACT water volume of the tank I can try to walk you through it, but I’m not used to using the 30% product....

Hey, so my clownfish isn’t doing too well today, seems to have gone downhill quite a bit.
She is very twitchy and shaking her head side to side a lot.
I’ve noticed she has some sort of spot just under her lip, she also has some white patches on her that I’ve not seen before (this is the first time I’ve seen any)
I’ve attached some photos, the white marks are hard to see, I’ll try and get a better photo

What would your next step be ?

Is it 100% brook ?
I don’t know what else I can do for her I’ve been doing the TTM and dipping every 3 days too (0.3ml in 2l salt water for 45-55 mins)

I don't see the sheets of mucus typical with severe Brook, but it is REALLY tough to see on the white portions of clowns. Still, I'd expect to see more mucus on the darker areas.

The fish seems to be swimming sort of "stilted" and that is a sign of Brook.

She went off her food yesterday completely but today she has eaten 3/4 mysis every feed (fed 4x today as she isn’t eating much)
Current treatment is a 45/50 min formalin bath with 2 litres of water and 0.3ml of formalin
After she has been bathed I put her into a brand new tank with all new equipment.
I then sterilise the old equipment by using a vinegar spray on the tank and washing it down as well as leaving equipment in vinegar for about an hour.
I then fully wash it down several times and dry out with paper towels. I put everything into a spare room with a fan blowing on it for 2 days (until the next transfer)

Thanks for the info - it seems like your process is spot on (but a lot of work!). Make sure you aerate the bath well. I aerate 5 minutes before putting the fish in it, and then during the whole treatment. Use PPE and open the window during the treatment (or to the dip outside).

Update -
I’ve woke up this morning and she is just laid down on the bottom of the tank breathing incredibly heavily (most I have ever seen)
I dipped her the exact same as I have done the other 3 times last night so I’m not sure why she is a lot worse today.

Do you think it’s worth dipping her again this morning as she is covered in brook and she doesn’t move from laying down on her side breathing heavily.
Or do you think it will stress her out too much ?

I have no clue how she has caught it again though as I’ve cleaned all the equipment and washed the tank down with vinegar, washed it all down and then left it to dry for 3 days so it was 100% sterile

At this point I’d begin to consider if this is Brook or possibly another diagnosis. I watched the videos and I do see a little white sheen, but not a heavy slime coat coming off like you’d normally see. That, and the fact you have done several formalin dips makes it seem unlikely to me you still have brook.

Also, I think so many repeated dips and transfers is stressful to the fish. If it was me I’d consider stopping the formalin and going to metro dosed into the tank. It’s much more gentle on the fish.

Formalin dips on a fish that is lying on the bottom can be too rough and may be fatal.

This is how she is, as soon as I come near the tank though she gets up and “glides” along the bottom of the tank instead of laying down
