@Humblefish
Was looking for your expertise.
My smaller boy clown has me concerned, I feel like I see something fuzzy on him, but only under blue light. It's not very apparent in white light or non-aquarium light.
The female seems to be overly aggressive lately & they don't seem paired up yet. I've had the female for awhile & the boy is new. I had a tank wipeout from brook b4 and recently ended my fallow period & in the process off re-stocking & trying to only buy fish that have been QT'd prior to purchase.

I know getting clear fish photographs is tough, but I really can't see enough in these to make a diagnosis. I do see the fish has clamped fins in one photo. Can you try posting a short video take under white light?
If the female doesn't settle down, you may need to separate them - clowns do not always pair up and leaving them together can be fatal to the one being attacked.
What are your water quality values?

I have the female separated, allowing the male to enjoy the tank & hopefully settle down.

That doesn't look good - the fins are stiff and may be damaged. I don't see any overt signs of brooklynella, but it could be there, just no yet very evident.
No issues with water as far as I can see.
At this point, since the fish was pre-quarantined (assuming they did that correctly) I would hold the fish away from the female and if it is still eating, just observe it. If it is NOT eating, you may need to move it to a treatment tank and dose with a broad spectrum, gram negative antibiotic such as Kanaplex. Neoplex or Furan-2.

Sounds good, again I could totally be paranoid from my last outbreak and confusing stress and busted fins with brook, hense the subject of the thread =)
