I noticed a dark spot on my thunder clown the other day and today the center of it is red. I moved him to my QT and trying to diagnose what it is so I can treat. Anyone seen this before and know how to treat? Copper?

When I see a “bruise” on the side of a fish like that, I immediately think intercellular Uronema. It might just be a bruise though! I wouldn’t use copper. Uronema is tough to treat. Would you have access to formalin to use as a dip?
