Brookynella or oodinum treatmemt

Hello to everyone.
I am New in the forum and need your help.
I lost more than 20 fish (clownfish, sixline, kole Tang) in four months.
My researches showed that, i think my tank was infected by oodinum or broykenella. Now, i have no fish. I just have some invertebrates and many zoas. I am afraid of using formaldehyte or copper, i don't want to hurt my corals and invertebrates. I decided not to get new fishes for next six months and just take Care of corals to eliminate the infection. Do you have Any other suggestions?

Sorry to hear about your fish losses.

You are correct, formalin is used to treat Brooklynella and Coppersafe works best for Velvet (Amyloodinium). Neither of these treatments can be done in a tank with coral or invertebrates in it.

Keeping you tank fishless for at least 60 days will render it free of fish diseases (those die out due to a lack of a host). However, the very first fish you add can bring a disease right back in if you do not properly quarantine it first. Our current process for doing that is here:
